Our story
The New House Company is a full service real estate brokerage, established in 1981. Over the years we have successfully handled sales and managed more than 200 individual properties in Charlottesville and the surrounding areas. Our team is comprised of licensed Realtors in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We can list your home for sale, help you move from a rental into your dream home, or help you add to your investment portfolio.

Broker
Amy has enjoyed 25 years in the Real Estate market, handling sales, leasing, and property management. She loves the Charlottesville area and all that it has to offer the community. Outside of Property Management she enjoys spending time running, hiking and camping.
Katie Spurrier
Sales Agent
Katie has served New House Company in many capacities over the years as the Leasing Agent and Office Assistant. Currently, Katie is serving as a Sales Agent. In addition to being familiar with the Charlottesville area, she is a resident of Waynesboro and can also assist clients with their real estate needs in the Waynesboro and Staunton areas.
Meghan Hicks
Maintenance Coordinator
Meghan has worked with The New House Company off and on for over 15 years. She has served as the Leasing Agent and Maintenance Coordinator. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family.

Office Assistant
We are delighted to have Scott join our team. Scott has previously worked in Real Estate offices, and he is prepared to assist you. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys skydiving, biking, and fitness.
